Antique Reclaimed Wood Flooring, whether it is rustic and wide plank, or narrow and select grade. Every batch of flooring that we mill is unique and one-of-a-kind.
Rustic Planks
Rustic planks retain 50% or more of the original milled surface of the reclaimed board, giving them a rich, dark patina and circular saw-marked texture.
Select Planks
Select planks are usually re-sawn from larger barn beams and have all of the original surface removed, revealing the true color and character of the old-growth, tight-grained timber.

Rustic Mixed Barn Wood
This is a unique mix of several species of wood that we find in old mountain barns and usually includes oak, pine, poplar, maple, and chestnut with an occasional piece of walnut, cherry, or locust. Saw marks and nail holes give this flooring the extra character that is unmatched.

Mixed Barn Wood Select
This selection is a smoother, cleaner option to the rustic version of our Mixed Barnwoods showing more of the colors of the individual species

Using reclaimed boards that were originally sawn to 1” thickness with a very large circular sawmill, and then left exposed to the elements for 100 yrs or more, allows us to leave a lot of the original patina and saw marks on the surface of the floor plank. Every flooring order is milled to customer specifications.
We offer each flooring selection with two options: Rustic or Select. Both grades will have occasional nail holes, cracks, and wormholes. We kiln-dry all of our lumber before milling to assure proper moisture content and insect treatment.
We typically find oak, pine, poplar, maple, hemlock, and chestnut in the buildings that we deconstruct. We offer the oak, pine, and chestnut in our single species selections, and we mix these species with the other species to mill our “Mixed Barn Wood” selections.
