We offer Antique Oak, Heart Pine, Wormy Chestnut, and other species. We can build your designs or help you to create your one-of-a-kind family heirloom that will last generations.
All projects start with wood harvested during the careful dismantling of aged barns, farm houses, and commercial buildings throughout the southeastern United States, our main source of old growth lumber. We offer this beautiful wood as-is with the nails removed and the ends trimmed, or we can custom mill it to your specifications. We mill wide plank hardwood flooring and paneling out of Antique Heart Pine, Oak, Chestnut, and other regional species.
We have Vintage Hand Hewn Beams and Circle Sawn Timbers for your fireplace mantle or interior décor. We also build custom furniture, doors, cabinets, and counter tops out of our large inventory of Antique Reclaimed Lumber. We are located in western NC and we deliver anywhere in the Southeast and we will gladly assist with shipping to other destinations.
We custom mill every flooring order specifically for each customer so that we may provide you with the floor that you really want. The boards come in many various widths and lengths, so we offer our flooring in multiple widths and random lengths, unless the customer desires all one width, and/or specific lengths.
We also offer custom installation and finishing of our Antique Reclaimed Wood Flooring. There are several options of finish that we can offer you from oil-based polyurethane to natural, no VOC oils with or without color added. We suggest Woca Oil https://wocawoodcare.com/ or Waterlox https://waterlox.com/ for finishing your wood flooring after installation.
In addition, we have a group of skilled carpenters that may assist you with installing our products if needed. We have a sawmill with a re-saw and lathe attachment – we can custom mill your wood into planks, columns, or beams for your new project.
